IRRIGATION KITS

Overhead Irrigation - Working with our nominated and experienced partner supplier, Evenproducts Ltd, Citadel has developed a specifically designed range of tap fed, overhead, mist irrigation kits to suit our tunnel sizes and designs.

Citadel supplies a premium, rigid tube, irrigation system.  The anti-drip nozzles are designed to mist irrigate the complete working area of your polytunnel then to shut down completely as soon as the water feed from your tap is closed, preventing unwanted dripping.

Example:  The photograph shows a feed line connected to the tunnel ridge pole.  All kits, however, come with a robust stretch wire (connected door frame to door frame along the length of the tunnel) onto which the feed line can be hooked.

The Citadel irrigation kit now comes with the option of an electronic tap timer unit.  This unit controls the feed of water to your system from your tap supply and can be programmed to automatically start and stop your irrigation at certain times of the day/night.  (An excellent way to protect your plants, fruit and vegetables when you can't be there to manually irrigate.)
